| 8.30am - 4.00pm | Band competition and Orchestra competition Celebration concert (bands and orchestras only) |
| Evening | Individual concerts and performances in and around Vienna |
Monday, July 9
| 8.30am - 5.30pm | Band and orchestra workshops and seminars at the University of Music in Vienna (bands and orchestras only) |
| 8.30am - 5.45pm | Choir competition and Celebration "sing-along" concert (choirs only) |
| Evening | Individual concerts and performances in and around Vienna |
Tuesday, July 10
| 9.00am - 3.00pm | celebration concerts (orchestras, bands, choirs) |
| 5.00pm | meet for group photo (all participants) |
| 6.00pm | Evening Gala Winners' Concert (winners of the Competition on stage, all other participants in the audience) |
| 8.30pm | Award ceremony, Farewell reception at the Vienna City Hall hosted by the Lord Mayor of Vienna (all participants) |
