Angelika Möser

Angelika Möser was born in Vienna. After finishing school and a business college she studied musicology (in combination with dramatics, economy and history) at the University in Vienna. She graduated in 1993.
During the time of her studies she worked from 1986 to 1992 in the office of the concert organisation Jeunesses Musicales Austria, at the Salzburg Summer Festival as well as at the Easter Festival Salzburg. Since 1988 member of the board of Jeunesses Musicales Austria she became president of the organisation for five years in 1998.
From 1992 to 2003 Angelika Möser was employee in the artistic administration at the Wiener Konzerthaus.
Since October 2003 she is Secretary General of Jeunesses Musicales Austria, a concert promoter that organizes more than 600 concerts per year in Austria with a main focus on young talents and young audiences, two orchestra camps for young musicians and a lot more. Since several years Angelika Möser is also Vicepresident of Jeunesses Musicales International.
